Petplan is calling for your help in an attempt to smash a Guinness World Record! The equine and animal insurance provider is hoping to create the world's largest photo exhibition featuring all creatures, great and small. By uploading your horse and pet photos to Petplan's online National Petrait Gallery, www.petraitgallery.co.uk you can become part of a massive online pet community and help achieve the Guinness World Record.
Where better place to show off your competition rosettes and of course, your horse, to other animal-lovers? Once you've uploaded your animal's photographs you will be able to purchase a range of merchandise such as coffee mugs, t-shirts and rucksacks that adorn your pet's 'petrait'! 10% of the proceeds will go the Petplan Charitable Trust during the course of the campaign.
The culmination of the campaign will be in autumn, held at a huge exhibition at a London location, open to the public, of every single animal picture that has been uploaded to the site. There will also be a glitzy event at The National Portrait Gallery, aptly re-named The National Petrait Gallery for one night only, where the photos will be celebrated as an exhibition display.
